KFPL is bringing back Saturday hours this Fall!

Beginning September 7, 2021 our hours will be as follows:

Help us to collect new school supplies to donate to local students in our community. Bring in a bag/box of new, unused school supplies to receive up to $25 in fees/fines waived from your account!

Collection Period: July 14th - August 20th

Please bring supplies into the Library during normal business hours. 

Kinsman Free Public Library staff will be popping up, out, and all about town one day each week this summer from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with fun, interactive programs! Stop by and see us to join in the fun! No registration is required, just "pop-in!" Click on each event to learn more about each program.

KFPL invites you to get wild by participating in Tales, Tails & Trails: Summer Discovery that runs June 21 - July 30. All programs and activities this summer will be themed around animals! You can earn scratch-off tickets to win cool prizes!

Beginning May 18, 2021, fully vaccinated individuals may enter and use the Library without a mask or facial covering. All those who are NOT fully vaccinated must continue to wear a mask while entering and using the Library and must maintain social distancing. 

This policy was instituted In accordance with the Governor's Order released on May 17, 2021 that states:

Hey parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers, sisters, friends...well, EVERYBODY! Want to get that special child in your life a birthday gift that will be super cool and lasting? How about purchasing a book dedicated in their name to be added to the Kinsman Free Public Library's collection!

Position: Library Aide

Part-Time position: (18 - 20+ hours per week)

hourly rate: $11.00 hour

Application Deadline: Applications received by 4/29/2022 will receive first consideration. Position will be advertised until filled.

SCOPE OF WORK

The Kinsman Free Public Library follows all guidelines and recommendations made by the CDC with regards to masking in the Library. These recommendations are fluid and will change in response to the level of community transmission in Trumbull County. Signage will be posted to indicate the current mask protocols in place at the library.
