Did you know that play in the toddler years has the potential to provide young children with a highly engaging and meaningful context for learning essential early literacy concepts and skills? We do, so we want to encourage you and your child to have fun and PLAY! This is a time for babies and toddlers (target ages birth to 3 years) and their grown-ups to gather and play. The Library will open the Activity Room for an hour from 11 a.m. to noon to provide space and a variety of engaging, age-appropriate toys. This is not a structured or facilitated program, so drop-in anytime during the Play Group hour to connect with other moms, dads, grandparents and nannies to meet new friends, socialize and play! Parents/guardians must remain with their children. No registration is required, and you may come at your convenience.
You're invited to join us at the Library for Play Group from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the following Mondays Fall:
Meets on the fifth Monday of the month (September 30)
